Welcome

Welcome to the McKinley Health Center Online Weight Management Program!  This program was designed to help UIUC students establish healthy dietary and physical activity habits.  There are two phases.

Phase 1

Phase 1 consists of an on-line class, which you will complete on your own.  The class will take 20 to 60 minutes to complete.  As you progress through the class, you will fill out a self-evaluation worksheet and begin a food journal.  You will bring these documents to your Phase 2 meetings.

Phase 2

During Phase 2, students can:

  • make an appointment with a McKinley Health Center dietitian for personalized counseling and/or

  • make an appointment with a SportWell fitness educator for fitness consultation and/or

  • register for the Living LEAN program for group support.

To get started, print the self-evaluation worksheet, the blank food journal page and the Hunger-Satiety Scale handout.
