Programs and Services
Individual Appointments (appointment required, UIUC students only)
Schedule an appointment to see any of our professional staff:

Registered Dietitians - for basic information on nutrition, sports
nutrition, weight management and eating issues.

Fitness Specialists - for advice on how to start an exercise program and
instruction on proper exercise techniques. We can also assess your fitness
level.

Certified Athletic Trainers - for guidance on how to recover from a sport
or exercise injury or to obtain emergency first aid for an injury suffered
while at the IMPE building.

An easy way to get quick advice from a nutrition or fitness specialist.

Mondays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. and Tuesdays from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Get answers to your questions about weight
management, sports nutrition and general nutrition.

Educational Programs (call to schedule)

Fitness Workshops
Let our fitness staff provide general fitness information including exercise
guidelines, target heart rate, exercise prescriptions, and demonstrate
strength and flexibility exercises to your group.
Assessments

Sport Club Injury Prevention Screening
Call to schedule your team for a pre-season screening to measure each
member's flexibility and strength. SportWell Center staff will then provide
individualized exercises to prevent and improve performance.
Additional Services (open to all)

Informative brochures on a variety of nutrition, fitness and sports injury
topics are available in the SportWell Center reception area.
