Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender Health Issues

The health and wellness needs and concerns of the LGBT population are at times different than those of other populations. There are diseases and conditions that affect this population with more frequency and/or severity. It is important for the LGBT community to be informed and educated on these issues so that they can better understand how these conditions/issues may affect their lives and take advantage of the health and wellness resources available to them.
