McKINLEY SPORTWELL CENTER

SportWell Center offers individual assessments and education on fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention.

SportWell is a unique, collaborative program of McKinley Health Center's Health Education Unit and the Division of Campus Recreation.

McKINLEY HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER

The HRC provides FREE over-the-counter self-care supplies and a wide range of McKinley handouts on health-related topics to students at the University.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

McKINLEY RELAXATION ROOM

View the captured beauty of natural scenes while taking a break in this theatre-like room while enjoying a 20 minute audio-visual guided imagery, while being led through a progressive muscle relaxation exercise.  It's a great escape from the hectic demands of your day.

Sessions run every half hour.  Check in at the Health Resource Center at the OASIS for your ticket.  FREE to UIUC students.  Fees assessed to other parties.
